During our Moules & Frites season in spring, we serve the mussels prepared in ten different ways. From classic to creative, from delicately spiced to surprising – there’s something for both lovers of tradition and adventurous foodies.

Even outside the spring season, our guests don’t have to miss out: all year round, we offer Moules & Frites in the popular classic styles, Marinières or Provençales.

Highlight 2026: Dynamite Baked Mussels

This year, we’re adding a special highlight: our new Dynamite Baked Mussels. Baked, full of flavor, and with a pleasant kick of spice, they bring a surprising twist and a true “wow” moment to the plate.
