Sleek little Hotel in Oerlikon
Rooms clean, spacious (for a hotel this size) and modern.
Fron desk staff polite and attentive.
Located cheek by jowl with the #10 and #14 tram stop making travel to the city center easy. Major railway station (Oerlikon) less than 5 minutes walk awayrvühra.
I stayed there overnite for a business meeting in ZH. The hotel is in Oerlikon 8 minutes walk from train station and very close to ZH main station by train. The check in was very easy, the price very competitive and the room very nice and clean and spacious. Good options for working (WIFI worked very well) and bathroom was really nice. They do provide a free bottle of water and good cable tv. The bed is large but maybe not the best mattress. Still I slept quite well. I believe the price to be unbeatable in this area. Simple but nice breakfast. Just be careful if you arrive after 10 pm. Maybe try to get a room away from the street which is quickly busy in the morning. Would return
Excellent Dining at Restaurant & Bar "Ö" in Oerlikon
We had an excellent dinner with creative dishes such as a vitello tonnato actually served with lightly seared slices of tuna along with a classic tuna sauce.over the very tender veal. The highly professional service and very pleasant ambience made for a lovely evening. Easily reached by Tram Line 14 outside the hustle and bustle of Zurich center, a visit to Restaurant & Bar "Ö" in Oerlikon is highly recommended
Perfekt room for working, comfortable bed, good AC, strong and stable free WiFi, nice reception and splendid breakfast. All in top shape. Several tramway lines run on the street outside, with one close going directly to the airport. It is not in the city center but cosy enough for an evening stroll.
The restaurant Ö, in the house, has great Swiss specialties.
I will stay here again on my next business trip to Zürich.
