Regional products from the marketEvery Wednesday and Saturday morning in Oerlikon, the traditional Oerliker market takes place. It is a feast for the eyes and an Eldorado – not only for people living in Zurich but also for the gourmets of the region.
We take the market air and make it part of our breakfast buffet: depending on the season, the market traders supply us with jam, cheese, eggs and fruit.
